These are the terms of service of the iCUall Communities
The iCUall Communities public areas are viewable to the general public online. Although it is intended and geared to welcome users over the age of 18 we do enforce moderation that is aware that underage users may be viewing such public areas.
Registered Members over the age of 18 are not allowed in the Under 18 Network. Falsely representing yourself as a miner will result in a ban of your account here in iCUall.

You may NOT post adult content, graphic nudity, graphic or illegal acts in the public areas, and should refrain from foul language.
There are PRIVACY options for your enjoyment. Accounts welcoming underage users to private areas with graphic content will be removed and banned.

Privately hosted Groups, Albums and Events: iCUall Admin will be moderating these areas. What you post within these areas is up to your discretion within the boundaries of United States law. You many NOT display, invite or entertain discussion regarding illicit or illegal acts. Doing so will result in banning from iCUall Communities as well as iCU2 Video Chat. You may NOT invite, or allow membership to minors (18 and under) if you are hosting graphic content within your Albums, Group or Event.
